2 Player Raid Tycoon Getting Started Guide
Your first hour in STRAY FRAME’s co-op factory tycoon — from free Dropper to first successful raid.
What you are playing
2 Player Raid Tycoon is a Roblox Simulation / Tycoon experience by STRAY FRAME. You claim one side of a shared factory with a partner (or solo), earn cash through droppers and upgraders, unlock weapons, hire guards, and raid rival factories by cutting power and cracking Safes. Servers hold up to a dozen players, so multiple duos compete on the same map.
This guide is the onboarding path. Follow it in order, then branch into the deep dives linked at each step.
Minute 0–5: claim, tutorial, codes
- Join the official place and finish the short tutorial prompts.
- Claim your side of a factory plot. Production and rebirth progress are tracked per side, so do not wander unclaimed.
- Open the left-side Shop / Store, scroll to Codes, and redeem every active string from the Codes Hub. Priority list to verify in-game: TY7500, TY5500, TY4500, VERITY, LAUNCH.
- If a code grants 2x Cash, wait until a Dropper is running before you waste the timer standing still.
Codes often include Guard Tickets and Airstrikes. Tickets feed the defense roster and the deeper Guards recruit flow; Airstrikes shine later when you commit to raids.
Minute 5–20: start production
Step on the free PLACE DROPPER pad, use the Produce console (desktop prompt is typically E), and walk the green COLLECT! zone until cash ticks up. Buy the Automatic Dropper as soon as it appears — it is the earliest quality-of-life purchase and frees you to place belts instead of babysitting the console.
Next priorities on the production line:
- Conveyor / belt upgrades so blocks move faster toward collectors.
- Early upgraders that multiply block value before collection.
- Save toward Auto Collect (~$25k) so income deposits without standing on the pad.
Detailed pad order and floor expansion live in Factory Building. Do not ignore that page once you unlock upstairs belts — upper floors multiply income far faster than spamming ground pads alone.
Minute 20–35: stop being a free vault
Raiders love new factories with open doors and a lonely Pistol owner. Before you leave base:
- Buy walls (~$1k) on the main approaches.
- Add at least one laser door (~$2.5k) covering the vault corridor.
- Place any guards you rolled from code tickets near the Safe approach, not randomly at the plot edge.
Full placement logic, turret unlocks, and the guard rarity list (NOOB → TRIANGLE) are in How to Defend. Defense purchases survive rebirth in ways machines do not — early walls are never wasted money.
Minute 35–50: gear up
Weapon progression in brief (see the Tier List for rankings):
| Weapon | How you get it | When it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Pistol | Free pad near stairs / entrance | Tutorial only |
| Shotgun | ~$2k cash | First real raid tool |
| Rifles / SMG | Upstairs pads; SMG often ~$8k | Mid early-game |
| AK pad | Factory cash pad (price can vary) | Strong mid loadout |
| Sniper | Rebirth 1 unlock | Post-first rebirth |
| Minigun | Rebirth 3 + ~$10M rooftop pad | Late power spike |
| Flamethrower / Rocket | Often gamepass | Optional |
Buy the Loadout Cabinet when available so owned guns return after ordinary combat deaths. Rebirth still has its own gun-reset rules — read the confirmation panel every time.
Minute 50–60: your first raid
Raid loop in one paragraph: shoot the entrance power on a rival factory → enter while systems are down → interact to Crack the Safe → carry the bag → deliver it at your Safe door. Dying mid-carry drops progress; lights returning mid-crack can strand you inside lasers and turrets.
Practice on a soft target (open doors, weak weapons visible) before contesting a bunker-tier duo. Full timing, partner roles, and fail states: How to Raid.
First-session spend order (example)
- Redeem codes; start Automatic Dropper.
- Belts / early upgraders until income feels automatic.
- Walls + laser door.
- Shotgun (or next rifle) + Loadout Cabinet if offered.
- Auto Collect when you can afford ~$25k without stalling defenses.
- Guard Ticket rolls; place bodies on the vault line.
- First opportunistic raid, then bank cash toward Airstrike Uplink / Rebirth 1.
Adjust if your partner is already covering defense — see Players for builder / raider / defender splits.
Rebirth awareness (do not rush blindly)
Rebirth 1 typically needs the rooftop Airstrike Uplink owned (~$2M) plus $5M spendable cash. You keep guards, turrets, and rebirth unlocks; you reset machines, floors, and cash on your side. Completing it grants roughly +10% income, unlocks Sniper and Treadmill, and opens the long progression ladder documented in Rebirth.
Do not rebirth mid-2x Cash timer or mid-raid unless your duo agrees. Rebuild starts from free Dropper pads, so plan a quiet window.
Events to notice
While you learn the loop, server events will pop: Air Drops, King of the Hill / Flag, Oddball, and Double Cash. Double Cash stacks beautifully with code multipliers and Auto Collect. Hill / Oddball objectives are optional early — only contest them if your vault is guarded. Leave-or-stay rules are in Events; dated bunker / bomber themes sit on Updates.
Common beginner mistakes
- Redeeming 2x Cash with zero production running.
- Leaving the Safe open while exploring the map with only a Pistol.
- Both partners raiding at once with nobody home.
- Buying flashy gamepass weapons before Auto Collect and walls.
- Rebirthing without reading what resets — then wondering where the belts went.
- Ignoring Guard Tickets until the vault is already empty.
What to read next
- Factory Building — maximize income before Rebirth 1.
- How to Defend — laser and guard setups.
- How to Raid — power → crack → deliver.
- Rebirth — milestone unlock table.
- Tier List — weapon priorities by stage.
- Codes — keep the active list bookmarked.

Play the objective in front of you: produce → protect → punch. Once that rhythm feels natural, the rest of the wiki is optimization.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Can I play 2 Player Raid Tycoon solo?
Yes. Progress is slower without a partner covering defense while you raid. Prioritize Auto Collect, walls, and guards before long offensive runs.
What should I buy first after codes?
Automatic Dropper and early belts, then walls and a laser door, then a Shotgun-tier weapon. Auto Collect around $25k is the next big QoL spike.
When do I unlock the Sniper?
Sniper unlocks with Rebirth 1 after you own Airstrike Uplink and pay the rebirth cash cost. Details are on the Rebirth guide.
Where do I redeem codes on day one?
Finish the tutorial, open Store on the left, scroll to Codes, paste, and Redeem. Full list and timing tips are on the Codes Hub.
Do walls and guards survive rebirth?
Guards and turrets are kept on typical rebirth confirmations; machines, floors, and cash on your side reset. Always read the in-game confirmation panel.
